Endings, Beginnings, and Something In-between

If you thought that the beginning of October felt different energy-wise than did the previous month of September, you are not alone. I felt a large energy shift in the collective energies from near-stationary stagnation to a mountainous boulder beginning boulder.jpgto roll—although it is picking up speed in extreme slow motion. I won’t say that we are fully rolling downhill yet, but we are definitely moving forward with increased speed. Once gravity kicks in, it will be full tilt toward whatever end is in sight. (And it doesn’t have to be a cataclysmic occurrence—it could be a major breakthrough—depends on the collective intention attracting the major change to all of us.)

What that means is that things are going to POP soon…. events will transpire that shake everyone off our usual ho-hum centers.  And I don’t mean to lessen the impact of all these natural disasters occurring throughout the continental United States and territories the last few months that have put everyone on notice to how fast your safe and secure life can change in an instant; but I’m referring to something even more shocking, sudden and dramatic than that, …as if what has already occurred wasn’t dramatic and life-changing enough for us.biggie.jpg

Yes, I think we are due for a biggie very soon!

What constitutes a biggie, you might ask?

I would say a biggie is an event the size of President Kennedy being killed in Dallas that sad day on November 22, 1963; or on the more pleasant side, the day the Berlin Wall was opened and then dismantled by the cheering crowd, brick by brick, and stone by stone on November 9th, 1989.

Hmmm, there seems to be a similar month in which these major things have happened: November—just a couple weeks away.

Lao tsuAnd for those of us who weren’t that happy with last November’s election results, how about Nov 8th, 2016? That was a world-shaking day, wasn’t it, likely from either political party’s vantage, not to mention our world-wide ally’s confusion.

All I know is that the collective anxiety-energies last year felt quite different to me than they feel at present. These present collective energies are powerful and feel more like rug-shaking. Like something is going to break soon and it could mean BIG changes everywhere.

Should we be excited about it?

I honestly don’t know. Big change usually comes at a large cost to someone. Ask anyone who has lost family members, or a home, or a way of life. Change isn’t always pleasant or welcome, but BIG end to begin.jpgchange is unavoidable—it simply IS. It is direction changing—like when part of the mountain slope suddenly UPLIFTS and sends the rolling boulder moving in the opposite direction, which is NOW the NEW downhill.

When these BIG collective energy shifts occur you move forward from that point on. You stop, shake your head and collect yourself.  You recognize that life has left you shaken or stunned, but you can’t stay that way long. So you gradually move forward again, inch by inch, step by step, until you realize that THIS is what your life must now be—because everything has CHANGED from what it once was. This is your NEW direction for awhile.

Change is coming soon. The energies are primed to explode. Let’s hope for a collectively-pleasant biggie!

A World Mid Change

Lisa Brown.jpgI was listening to an excellent webinar yesterday by Lisa Brown, energy-worker/psychic/medium/someone who really knows the subtle fields of energy, and finally heard someone who is completely in tune with what is actually transpiring in the energies around us—in tune with what is happening to us—in tune with what it really means to us if we pay attention to these overpowering energies. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DQZx17f3Tcw&feature=share )

After awhile, she began describing the strangeness I had personally been experiencing lately:  The sudden visual distortions, the flashes of movement in my peripheral vision, the scenes with full audio suddenly playing in my quiet mind of someone’s daily life that doesn’t correspond to mine, the really strange dreams—the “Am I going nuts or what is really happening?” general daily experiences of this life for me of late.

And she explained it slowly, deliberately, and with enough corresponding evidence toshifting human.jpg make sense. We are mid dimension shift…from a lower frequency world to a higher one. Meaning that if you can shift your consciousness high enough you simply cease to view reality in one dimension and view a different reality…a world and players who vibrate/emanate at a higher frequency than the world you previously experienced. Whatever frequency you can tune yourself into and hold in your awareness; that is the world you will experience. But doing so is a choice we must all soon make.

Of course this isn’t going to be an explanation that everyone wishes to believe—and of course also, this isn’t going to be believed by those who can’t personally experience the energetic changes underway.

From the moment we, as babies, were able to hold conscious awareness of our surroundings, those who directly interacted with us told us what the world was like beyond our fingertips. If we saw or perceived something a bit different than their stories of what the world was like, we were corrected and told to view it differently—more like how ‘the cultural collective’ perceived the world to be.

frequency headWe were trained to see the world a certain way—trained to believe the world acted toward us in a certain manner—trained to believe that our perception must match what others perceived, or something was wrong with us. Many who saw/felt/experienced something other than the cultural collective’s accepted perceptions were sent to psychologists and psychiatrists to be retrained in how to perceive the world that we shared.

But personal reality and the collective’s reality weren’t always in lock step with each other—in decades past it was simply less accepted to have a different personal reality than the collective.

What is happening at present is that the collective itself has shifted high enough to shake the boundaries on what is considered the norm of perception. There are enough of us who are energetically enhanced to say, “Hey wait a minute—just because you can’t see what I see doesn’t make me wrong in seeing it.” Psychic and medium shows are standard fare now, and it took those perceptual differences to go mainstream for energy sensitive folks to be willing to stand up and stand out for their enhanced perceptual abilities.vibe frequ explain.jpg

When enough of us can perceive and hold a higher-frequency reality for the smaller cultural collective who are more energy sensitive, then the smaller, higher-frequency collective can shift into a higher dimension of existence.

However, this isn’t an elite club.

It simply means that what you focus on is what you perceive in and receive from the world that you inhabit. Like Dr. Pillai in the previous post saying basically the same thing, except he was trying to appeal to people’s material greed and emotional commitment to creating the wealth and abundance available with such a focused mind and conscious attention to obtaining that goal.

higher see.jpgSame principle here—construct in your mind the most beautiful, peaceful and loving world you can imagine and hold that world constantly in your perception—see that world around you—focus on only those aspects of the world you desire and call it to you—that is how you shift your energies higher and maintain that focus throughout your every day and night.

From a more personally pragmatic point of view, it means I’ll have to stop writing about the lower-frequency idiocy so abundant in the world we Vibe high.jpgpresently share, and change my focus to higher-frequency subject matter, such as this post.

That’s fine. I can do it.

And so can you.

When “NOT DOING” Isn’t Doing It for You

buddha quote.jpg

At present this is the conflict I feel inside: the NOT DOING (and not reacting to aggravations and frustrations over what is happening around me) at times feels like a betrayal to my inner fire—the driving force of ME-ness.

The “Why aren’t you out there marching for Women’s Rights to be heard, seen, and respected?” is in conflict with my philosophy of “Be at peace, to spread peace”.

So while questioning myself over this tumultuous, mental agitation I remembered the ultimate example of peaceful protest, Mahatma Gandhi, who not only changed the direction of a continent, but also deeply influenced another of the great Civil Rights icons: Martin Luther King, Jr.

I know that Gandhi raised peaceful protest to an artform; and many of the women’s marches last Saturday were meant to mirror that—a peaceful display of our right to disagree and stand for something greater than ourselves.womens-march

The numbers participating were impressive—far more so than the blatant attempts to discredit and distract from them was, BUT…..numbers alone won’t change anything, nor will standing around NOT DOING anything make the necessary changes.

So I researched a bit on Gandhi and found a few quotes that might apply to the conundrum of my own being at present.

20 Inspiring Quotes from Mahatma Gandhi:

  1. “Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.”
  2. “A man is but a product of his thoughts. What he thinks he becomes.”
  3. “Be the change that you want to see in the world.”
  4. “The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is an attribute of the strong.”
  5. “I will not let anyone walk through my mind with their dirty feet.”
  6. “Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will.”
  7. “An ounce of patience is worth more than a ton of preaching.”
  8. “Change yourself – you are in control.”
  9. “See the good in people and help them.”
  10. “Without action, you aren’t going anywhere.”
  11. “Take care of this moment.”
  12. “Be congruent, be authentic, be your true self.”
  13. “Continue to grow and evolve.”
  14. “A no uttered from the deepest conviction is better than a ‘Yes’ uttered merely to please, or worse, to avoid trouble.”
  15. “Glory lies in the attempt to reach one’s goal and not in reaching it.”
  16. “An eye for an eye will make the whole world blind.”
  17. “Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.
  18. “A coward is incapable of exhibiting love; it is the prerogative of the brave.”
  19. “Nobody can hurt me without my permission.”
  20. “In a gentle way, you can shake the world.”

I now thinkgandhi.jpg that if anything can change the world for the better, it is a unified effort designed to do this, believing as Gandhi proclaimed in his own calm way: You can “Be the change that you want to see in the world,” and as such, “In a gentle way, you can shake the world.”

Well, let’s start shaking it. My NOT DOING just became DOING.

Awakening

Such a glorious morning lies before me. All I need do is to fully awaken and “seize the day,” or something equally clichéd.tree.jpg

This is how we often view our daily lives: We wake up to tasks and priorities ahead. There are schedules to keep and miles to travel. And as the beautiful dawning of our lives brightens into the full-blown, glaring daylight of responsibilities and necessities, we weary with the burden of our accepted load.

We sigh in recognition that it’s hard to hold our once awakened enthusiasm in the face of such monotonous drudgery.

Well, ….some would say that when those first rays of the rising sun slipped into our bedroom windows and warmed our snoozing cheeks, we may have woke up in one sense, but not in another.

Philosopher’s of BEINGNESS would say that to be fully awakened is to push all of life’s “doings” aside and to be in the immediate realization that living means “being alive;” and being alive means being aware of our amazing connection to every other thing, person, place, and space around us.

eye.jpgBeing aware means not just understanding the significance of our interconnectedness with the ALL, but it also means empathically resonating with that amazing connection.

Empathically resonating with our connection to the ALL means that we actually feel the pulsing lifeforce flowing through us—we feel the vibration of our nervous system tuning itself to the world around us—we feel a unification of our senses with our physicality that makes us a tuning fork to the Universe tapping our tongs—ringing our finest tones, reverberating our strength and purity back to It in equal vibrancy.

When we fully awaken, we will do so with such intensity and clarity beyond question. We will know, in the most certain of certainties, that NOW, in this MOMENT, in this TIMELESSNESS we call the present, we are TRULY AWAKE; and our life will never be clichéd again.

Where to Start?

meditate.jpgBreathe…..just breathe.

Close your eyes (after reading this and the next sentence of course) and bring your focus back to your navel area and simply hold it there for a full ten seconds.

Now breathe slowly in to a count of four, …. and then exhale slowly out to a count of four…….

Okay, ….now that you’ve re-centered yourself for the remainder of this posting, I’m sure that you like all of us are wondering ‘what the heck is going on in the world?’

peace.jpgIf you are almost afraid to turn on the television or watch news alerts on your phone, you are not alone. Not that the last two years have been that great, but this has been one horrific 2-month time period for humanity in general everywhere.

And today in America, the Republican National Convention starts spewing more bigoted, inflammatory rhetoric over the airwaves to fan the flames of hatred throughout the world.

So, ……what do we do?

Individually, we refocus, re-center, and pull our energies back to recharge them with the purest and highest frequencies of Divine Love and Light that we can call upon, and then we push those recharged energies back out into the world around us.  We hold our own space!Divine Love.jpg

We literally hold the Light so strongly and powerfully that no darkness can dim us. And there are enough of us now to make a genuine difference in the world’s energies.

This is WHY we came…to do this very thing:  To HOLD THE LIGHT FOR THE WORLD at this tumultuous changeover from the patriarchal, authoritarian rule to the matriarchal, democratic rule.

But it’s not going to be pretty while that change is happening because those in positions of power never let go of that closely-kept powerbase easily or gently—or gracefully.

prayer.jpgHowever, that is what is happening and will continue to happen throughout the world because it is simply the TIME for it to happen.

So don’t despair, …and don’t be afraid. You are a very important part of this major change in humanity.  Most of us won’t even have to fight for the change.  We simply need to hold the frequencies of Divine Love and Divine Light and let those energies create the necessary change around us.

Love always conquers fear. It always has and it always will.

You are okay. We all are.

The Macrocosm within the Microcosm

pretty dropsI love droplet images. They reflect multiple perspectives of everything existing around them. To me they symbolize the holographic macrocosm (Universe) captured within a microcosm of tensional integrity (the water droplet itself). Bucky Fully coined that tensional integrity as “tensegrity.”

As for the hologram, per Wikipedia: “The hologram itself is not an image … It is an encoding of the light field as an interference pattern of seemingly random variations in the opacity, density, or surface profile of the photographic medium.”

In other words, wdroplets on milkweedhat you see in the droplet depends on your own angle of perspective and how your eyes translate those patterns of light that they receive. In effect, your Universe is defined by how you perceive it to be and what your brain (your central processing unit) is capable of comprehending from the limited data it is inputting at that moment.

Not real sure where I’m going with this other than to say that tiny crystalline water droplet represents the universe as we know it captured within the compressed reflections of seeming randomness visible to the perceiver.

It is NOT the real thing other than being a droplet of water.golden droplet

But it holographically depicts our reality as well as any other sensing device we utilize to decipher our world.

The droplet symbolizes “the macrocosm within the microcosm,” just as we humans often believe ourselves to be mirror images of a greater being—a Creator who infinitely multiplied itself into a waterdrops.jpgprevious void and in so doing, populated the Universe with microcosmic sensing devices to further its own awareness of itself.

We float around the universe and relate to each other similar to the function of living cells in the human physical anatomy: All cells are independent of each other. They have specific functions per their location within the human body; but all cells are related in their purpose and intention to perform their individual tasks in unity for the perpetuation of the greater whole.droplet everything

Perhaps sometimes a water droplet is just a pretty, sparkling-in-the-morning-sunlight appendage hanging precariously from a large blade of bended grass.

And sometimes it might be everything that ever is, was, or will be.

Anger Only Breeds More Anger

Fshirt.jpgor me the message on the sweatshirt says what I’m honestly feeling right now: “I’m practicing mindfulness, compassion and loving kindness so don’t piss me off.”

The latest homicidal lunacy in San Bernardino, California, Dec 2, 2015, conducted by a few misguided and deeply unstable individuals who were trying to find some sense of meaning to their lives by killing others and themselves in the process, is both heart-sickening and totally stupid. I mean, when is homicidal-suicide ever meaningful?

And since I don’t handle intentional stupidity well; especially the malevolent stupidity that brings harm to others, I get angry. But like the shirt mentions: I’m also trying to be loving and compassionate and not allow my anger to consume me, so that inner incongruity creates tension within me over this sad and senseless replay of group-inspired insanity. I’m sure many of us are feeling this same thing.

I mentioned November 16th in the posting on Assessing Terrorism that “Most people fear and powerwho use this “fear” tool are banking on the flight response more than the fight response.”

Do they not yet understand that freedom-loving people everywhere do not flee when threatened? We fight!

When we (who love freedom and the right to make our own choices about our lives) are threatened, we react immediately with anger not fear: Angry words, angry gestures, and anger-based counter threats at those wishing to harm us. Didn’t wars in Afganistan and Iraq show assaulters anything about how nations with epic arsenals react to homicidal attacks?

However sometimes there are those who may over-react to threats of being assaulted and use a very broad rhetorical brush to paint ALL members of associated religions or races for the homicidal intentions of only a angerfew individuals. That is unfortunate and equally stupid, and because I don’t handle “stupid” well, THAT makes me angry—again, the shirt sentiment.

With political campaigns in full swing, there is no excuse when idiots on podiums in front of television cameras use these incidents to inflame their vocal audiences with unified hatred and spewed bigotry.

The problem is that idiots are idiots, no matter the national origin or the party affiliation. And audiences who buy into their political messages of hate are just as malleable as the misguided recruits for homicidal suicide—they only hear what fuels their fears and their anger, because anger makes them feel more powerful.

So lehold angert’s all get a better handle on our OWN anger and let’s make positive changes in our lives and in the world around us. As I mentioned previously, I am far from a pacifist and I tame myself down daily in search of a solid, positive solution to the festering wounds of wide-spread racial tensions, religious intolerance, and opportunity inequality.

My premise is pretty simple: I know that I can’t help spread peace if I can’t hold it within myself, so it is extremely important for all of us to acknowledge our own anger at these senseless and misguided actions of individuals and groups bent on creating chaos and social anarchy.

Don’t allow it. Take a deep breath, and then another one, and say aloud:light

“I am love, I am light that outshines any darkness, and I am deeply at peace within myself as I spread this inner peace throughout the world now. And so it is.”

Don’t give in to your own anger, and for certain never allow fear to cloud your thoughts, but foremost above all else, recognize that only you can decide how you wish to react to any challenge you may face.

peace.jpgMy suggestion is to face it with grace and determination to make this a better and more loving world for everyone. That really is the only rational choice that we have here.
