“If Not Now, Then When?”

(Thanks to Tao & Zen on  May 25  for this posting from Lama Surya Das in 1994)

(I personally align to no particular religion, but am open to quality spiritual thought. I like Buddhism for its psychological depth and self-examination aspects. I like Hinduism for its ancient Vedic Seers (as well as more modern saints) who were capable of parting the veil obscuring our perceptions on this life. I like agnostics who claim that we can’t possibly know God based solely on our limited comprehensions. And I especially like the wisdom of our own Higher Self aspects that define our life experiences within the context that this human vehicle is capable of understanding.  To me, this article expresses all of those ‘likes’ by simply discussing Dharma—the way of awakening to one’s fullest potential.)

“Buddhist meditation is the heart of the path of awakening. It is called Dharma… the way of awakening to one’s fullest potential, in Western terms.buddhamedpic5.jpg

‘Awakening from what?’ you might ask. Awakening from the sleep of semiconsciousness, the dream of delusion. Awakening to enlightenment, illumination, freedom, nirvanic peace, inner peace as well as outer peace.

This is a path that we travel. It is not a dogma or belief system that we need to accept. In fact, as a very wonderful wise friend of mine, an American lama, once said, “It doesn’t really matter what we believe. It only matters what we do and are.”

I found that interesting. In Buddhism we usually say it doesn’t matter what we do, it matters how aware we are. It shows that the outer and inner are totally inseparable. It is what we are that counts, but that is what we do, actually. Our inner state shows up in our behavior…

If we practice this path, we experience the fruits, the results. Each of us innately has that Buddha potential or Buddha-nature, enlightened perfect nature.

Not just in us, like a needle in a haystack, so hard to find; rather, it is us, just waiting to be realized fully, or actualized. So this path of meditative practice, of self-inquiry, of cultivation of awareness is a practice path that we travel ourselves. Not a dogma we need to believe.

This meditative practice is like a mirror to help us see ourselves, to better know ourselves, thoroughly — our true selves, not just our superficial personalities and conditioned social selves, our persona, but our true nature, our true selves. To unfold and realize that is possible. That’s what we call awakening the Buddha within.

An ancient rabbi, Hillel I think, said, “If not you, then who? And if not now, when?” If you are not the Bodhisattva, a selfless spiritual activist or hero serving the welfare of beings, who will be?

And if not now, when? This is a call to action–not just worldly, compulsive busy-body-like activity, but a call to Buddha-activity, enlightened activity, enlightened living… ifnotnowwhen7.jpg

Not just living wisdom from the eyebrows up, totally cerebral and intellectual. Rather, embodying truth and living it.”

“Grasping the ‘Process of Becoming’”

This morning I was listening to my favorite layperson’s astrologer, Kaypacha Lescher, on kaypachalescher5.jpgthis week’s energy influences affecting us (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IKSKz3d03eI&feature=share ) and he said a few things that resonated with me that I wanted to pass along to anyone else who might be interested.

We, as all our ancestors before us have done,  are trudging the path of evolution; and no matter how essential it is that we all do this, it’s not an easy trek, especially in these latest energies flooding our lives at present.

During that somewhat difficult evolutionary life-journey, he said we must realize that taking life’s final bow while expelling one last breath isn’t the major achievement of a life well lived: “It’s not about reaching processofbecquote.pngthe goal, but grasping the “process of becoming” (that matters), so we can share, teach, and make it happen for us all together.”

I considered that statement: “Grasping the ‘process of becoming’.”   What does that really mean?

He elaborated on the importance of being here NOW: That this moment is where we presently are—being stretched thin between who we were in our past and who we will become in our future.  And the only place you can make any course adjustments for your journey, is in the NOW.

NOW—this moment—this time period, affects your path forward in every possible way.

NOW can make a course correction in your life by taking that first simple step in a completely different direction.

anisninquoteproofbec“In fact,” as Kaypacha further explained, “The key point between the sameness of your past and an entirely different future is your NOW.”

Meaning that if you aren’t happy about where your life presently is or what baggage your past actions have accumulated and you want to find deeper meaning to your life—to your reason(s) for being here, then do so right NOW because this moment is the gateway to the person you are next becoming.

The “becoming” itself is the most important part of the entire consideration here because it implies you/we are mid soul-state change. We are “evolving” into something other than what we presently are.

Evolution is one of those words we think only applies to Darwinian beasties who farwin quote6.jpglaboriously crawled from the ocean on leg-like fins, or swung from the trees supported by long tails that no longer exist.

But evolution simply means a process of changing from one mode of operation to another that is more productive and likely more survival-oriented for the species.

Personal evolution can also be both more productive and survival focused, but it can also apply to living a life that is more meaningful to us.

It is important for us to fully realize that we, as individuals and as a self-aware species, are “in the process of becoming”—but that we aren’t already there.  Legs on that fish didn’t appear mid-crawl, nor did chimps walk upright after a revelatory dream in the night.

We need to give ourselves the space and time to spiritually/mentally/emotionally evolve probecbutteryfly.jpgand recognize that the person we are right now will likely not be the same person that we are soon going to be.

Our forward movement just depends on that conscious choice to maximize this very moment by stepping boldly in the direction we NOW wish to travel.

Grasp the evolutionary process itself, but more importantly, grasp the opportunity to make course corrections in the NOW that you are being provided.

Rather than wasting time in regret of your unpleasant past or speculation on a too-distant future, use NOW as the forward action toward your dreams.

You are “becoming” whomever it is that you wish to be.

(Posted on Resonance Science Foundation this morning)

Well clearly I’m not the only one who is presently examining the human experience and trying to contextualize it into something more broadly considered.

Much of what I’m inputting is coming from sources I’ve long followed so much of what is likewise outputting from me will naturally reflect those influences.

Energies are changing now—this I know because I KNOW energies.

People are also changing, but not as readily as the energies that are bombarding them, forcing those somewhat chaotic changes in their current lives.

What I am hearing/reading from others right now is that this is a time of major energy shifts in our “living” environment and our consciousness—it’s a time of dishevel in our lives but also a time for rapid personal advancement if we are aware of the forces affecting us and are willing to make those necessary life changes.

This is an amazing time for all of us because we are awakening to who we truly are.

It is a time of massive shifts in how we view the world around us and view ourselves as active co-creators of that transformative process.

We are not victims here. We have never really been victims.universeeyeframed

But to step into that co-creator role we also have to make the choice to acknowledge our own responsibilities for the reality that we do create.

So stop for a moment and look yourself in the eye above, and see the universe staring back at you with these soundless questions:

“What’s next boss? …What do you want to be and do?”

Then just do it.

How People Think

I saw this graphic and smiled because I liked the image of a person with similar hair style as the tree top trying to understand the tree’s perspective on LIFE given its growth situation.howpeoplethink.png

Left to your own without the text, you can interpret the image itself in many ways, as I just did.

Then the text under the image may lead you in a direction that you hadn’t initially considered, and your mind then decides to settle on something in between the text meaning and your first impression of the image.

Is the text saying that we think the tree should be growing straight and true, but instead it is leaning leftward before reaching for the sky?  Is the person trying to understand that directional shift? It may not be growing as straight as we think that it should be but it is still growing and functioning. Does that mean that nature functions differently than we think that it should?

thoreau quote.jpgThese are all speculative interpretations. Much of life as we perceive it is due to our own interpretation of what we see around us. That personal interpretation is built on so many factors, like how safe we feel at the time, what kind of history we might have with a similar situation, who we are with, why we are in that particular location viewing what we are viewing, not to mention what we were once told about how we should view everything we see around us; i.e., are we tied to certain beliefs about our existence and our place in this wild and crazy world?

Personal attitude means everything in how we interpret our world. What are we looking to understand about our world? How much do we really want to know anything beyond how it directly affects us?

What is our attitude toward being in that particular situation or encountering something similar to it?

Why would we care or not care how the tree grows? Is that leaning a natural aspect of that particular tree’s upward growth? Is the tree overcoming a serious wound near its base that stunted the growth cells on one side but allowed full growth on the other side of it so that it grew abnormally stronger on one side than the other before self correcting a few feet  from the ground? Is this some metaphor on overcoming personal difficulties?

Again, why would we care?

To me, if the person in the image did NOT care, she would NOT be mimicking the tree lean. But that is also just my interpretation.

And if we, the perceivers of the situation did not care, we would ignore it completely and not give it a second thought. But to “ignore” the setting and situation refers again to the meaningful-silencetext message of the image: “The major problems in the world are the result of the difference between how nature works and the way people think.”

So what did you think? Did you try to understand anything about the graphic itself, or did you just blow it off? Was it meaningless or meaningful to you?

And does it matter which it was?

Conflicting Contextual Vocabularies for Our REALITY Experience

The advantage of having so many unusual personal experiences and such broad energy-reality einstein3.jpgbased training opportunities is that they provide me with an expansive working framework from which to form my own opinions on life processes, as well as opinions on the underpinnings of our group reality.

The disadvantage of being trained in so many different energy-manipulation techniques and healing disciplines is that sometimes the “rules” and vocabulary of one healing universe clashes with the nomenclature (categories and classification) of another healing universe, creating clarity confusion in perspective and interpretation of the playing field itself.

That is the problem I felt internally with some of the statements I had just made in the previous posting on “stuck in past-lives”. From the hypnosis and philosophical aspect, onerealitypercept6.png cannot really be “stuck” (still existing) in that past-life situation while currently viewed from the present-life situation. Only energy patterns can be maintained in multi-settings until resolved between the two situations.

HOWEVER (the inevitable ‘however’), from a shamanic perspective one could state that soul-part retrieval actually performs the function of bringing back an energetic part of someone who is still “stuck” in that other dimensional existence, and without the soul-part retrieval, the present-day person is incomplete and missing an aspect of their soul—which is the complete energy-body unit.

I have actually participated in this shamanic soul-retrieval process, both as a practitioner and as a subject, so I know how it works, what you see as the practitioner during the soulretrieval7.jpgprocess, and how it feels as a subject when the wayward energy-part returns to you. So part of me says that if you viewed the “stuck there” situation strictly from the perspective of shamanic soul-retrieval, one might refer to it as “part of the person was still stuck there.”  But as a hypnotist and an intuitive, I would NOT refer to it in that manner.

How do I resolve that discrepancy in my statement of ‘what remains stuck’ where?

If I were far more intellectually advanced than I presently am and knew all there is to know about everything, I’m sure I’d have no problem clarifying my declarations within the TRUTH matrix of “how things actually work.”

Unfortunately, as a lowly human, I’m limited in my understanding and experience of contextdependent6.jpgALL that IS. I can only relate and explain the functions of the unseen universe we live in as best I can within my own frame of contextual reference.

I can speculate on how things actually work. I can guess at others. But I don’t know of anyone who can definitively claim that he or she knows the universal laws of physics when it pertains to multi-verses and multi-lives lived within them other than saying purely and simply that WE ARE MULTI-DIMENSIONAL ENERGY UNITS. That part I do understand and that feels like a TRUE statement to me.

HOW that ENERGY is actually packaged and dispersed throughout the multi-verses is the question.

WHY it happens the way it does, is also the question.vrearthplanes5.jpg

WHERE it happens is of course always a biggie since I keep mentioning the Virtual Reality and Simulated Reality possibilities, but the WHEN of it happening keeps us locked in this loop of “can’t quite make sense” of how this all transpires (Are all multi-lives happening simultaneously—no past or future, only NOW and in parallel?), and it relates to the OVERALL picture because we don’t know what that completed picture is supposed to look like.

We don’t even know what we don’t know.

I could simply be trying to justify this confusing mess in my own head; but I also think there is more importance here than letting this whole ‘What is reality?’ question slip silently back into the shadows of our distant memory because our ego feels way too uncomfortable just thinking about it.

My guess, and it is only an intuitive nudge, is that if I am questioning all this ‘What is reality?’ stuff right now, then many others are doing so as well, which could be further evidence that we, as a self-aware species, are finally awakening to our true energetic potential, and are now desiring to know our true origins.

What happens when we finally do figure it all out?lifttheveilreality.jpg

No clue.

It could be “GAME OVER” for all of us and time for a NEW game.   If that’s the case, let’s hope it is one less violent in nature.

Still Stuck in a Past-Lifetime?

I was listening to a presenter who does some of the same hypnosis aspects that I offer in my own practice—“Past-Life Exploration” and “Life-Between-Lives” experiences.

The presenter was gently explaining to a pltrauma.jpgconfused caller that sometimes the opinions of others might not be as helpful as we wish that they were; and here she was referring to a previous therapist who had told the caller that “she was still stuck in a ‘7-lifetimes-ago’ situation that she could not break out of in this lifetime”.  Hopefully she misunderstood her therapist because that statement was of course, not quite true.

I agreed with the presenter’s response to the misconstruing of what was actually happening to that caller: Whatever you are exploring in this lifetime may have tentacles or energy patterns to other multi-verses and parallel (or past) lifetimes, BUT where you are right now is NOT really about that previous life experience—not at all—you are NOT stuck there in that particular situation—this life experience is all about you recognizing those similar patterns of behavior that you may have exhibited back then (7 lifetimes ago?) that you may be demonstrating AGAIN in the NOW.  You may be stuck in an energy pattern that keeps repeating for you until you clear it, but as for being stuck in that portal windowprevious lifetime itself—NO!  The lingering energy pattern may have originated there in the PL, but you are not actually stuck there in that lifetime.

You are HERE NOW being provided the opportunity to CHANGE that similar pattern of behavior to something more productive for you in your current situation. When I hypnotically take someone to another lifetime, it is to better understand a present-day issue, and to try and heal traumatic energies associated with what might have been created in a past/parallel life situation that still resonates in the present life. Seeing and actually re-experiencing those past-life scenarios with the cast of players who were present then provides the ultimate “example” to a client of how those unproductive patterns of behavior will eventually play out in your present life if you don’t change those same behavior patterns.

I’m sorry if I’m being unclear about any of this, but it is so hard to comprehensively explain much of this more complex stuff that I write about in this blog because one subject is often interconnected with another, such as: Past-lives, Parallel-Lives, Spirit-World—while all within the context of our physical-reality experience—let alone applying them to the concept and context of possibly living in Virtual Reality or HSdatabase of plSimulated Reality, where the applicability of those subjects would make more logical sense. (But to even consider that VR or SR possibility of what our lives may actually be is to threaten our ego’s very existence. And that never goes over well with the EGO, so it often refuses to even consider it.)

And I know that it is sometimes hard to conceptualize the multi-levels of possibility existing to anyone reading this stuff that I write about here. Some folks may get it and some don’t. That’s fine. (If it resonates with you, the words are meant to help spur you to exploring your true potential, period. I don’t have to hard sell anyone on anything.)

But to this particular caller who was a bit upset about what her therapist had erroneously told her about her past-life experiences, I would say that no matter what dramatic situation you may have explored in any dimensional lifetime, you were only playing a role. You may have played the role of pauper or Prince, beggar or banker, mother or child, male or female, warrior or peace activist, brother or enemy, no matter the setting—all of those drama-exploration packages were merely roles that you played in those situations—real or imagined. We play those roles to learn all we can about the human potential for creation and awareness expansion, and to learn the nuances and power of our emotions (which are energy frequencies) that we explore in those lifetimes.

Learning in its purest sense, is actually stimulus/response data accumulation for training purposes, and that’s what the High Self specializes in. It is the database repository of all lifetime experiences. When I take a client to a previous life experience, I simply ask their High Self to show the client the most appropriate PL example at this time so the client can better understand his/her most-pressing current-life issue. The client’s High Self controls the entire show in my sessions—I don’t. I only ask questions to guide the client through the experience itself.questionsfrom pl.jpg

Unfortunately when some people are told that they have played some particular role in a previous existence (I prefer a client experience it directly for themselves—I never TELL THEM anything about their experience—they tell me what they are seeing, hearing and doing), the current ego steps in and ‘stakes a flag’ in the old drama claiming the role itself as the most significant aspect of the entire exploration. But actually, it really doesn’t matter the role that you played in whatever drama production ran at the time, it only matters what you learned from that other-lifetime role to advance your current spiritual evolution.

If you’ve had a Past-Life Exploration, and you suddenly realize that you are still dealing with similar relationship situations in the NOW and manifesting those same reactive behavior patterns that proved so hazardous to you in the more traumatic past-life, then it’s a good heads-up to the need to change your present-life behaviors to something more advantageous to your present-life survival. (i.e.: Yes, pulling the tiger’s tail can be hazardous to your health.)

THAT is the sole message to take from the PL experience—if I don’t want to keep doing this same thing life after life, motherterrasathen I better change my attitude and behavior so I “get it right this time” and avoid any future replays of this unpleasant energy pattern. That is ALL it means.

But to change a behavior pattern takes not only a certain degree of self-knowledge, it also requires you to take back your power to make those changes for yourself—which is often what much of our life lessons entail.

Many of our life situations are less about fighting with others through power struggles, and far more about learning the nuances of self-control and self-empowerment so you don’t have to fight with others.

Self-knowledge, self-empowerment, and creating the reality you desire with your every thought and emotion (electromagnetic light-wave frequencies)—these are the subjects that I write about, and they’re all connected, lifechallenges.jpgbecause these are the real life lessons we must master, no matter the lifetime that we experience, and no matter where that “life” actually occurs.

So Many Questions (part 2)

Sometimes it only takes a provocative graphic to set me toholographic uniboxes.jpg thinking about the overall picture of ‘why we are here,’ but then I realized that the real question I should be considering is to first determine exactly where HERE is.

I don’t mean HERE as in on this aquatic planet circling a solar system cycling along the rippling spirals of the Milky Way Galaxy, which in turn is being sucked away into a massive Black Hole of nothingness—recycling all that once-important matter back to non-matter.

No.

aiheadcontrolI mean as the graphic above implies: “HERE” as a minute micro-bit in the Holographic Universe operating system created by an advanced AI (artificial intelligence) so far beyond our wildest possibilities that we can’t even consider the implications of it existing, let alone the purpose for why it has created what we refer to as LIFE.

HERE as little more than a thought-fart in the Great Creator’s possibility scale for exploration and examination.

HERE as a consciousness bacterium attempting to grow into a colony of similarly-designed bacteria whose sole purpose appears to be propagation, expansion, and awareness acceleration.

HERE possibly as education or entertainment to something we may or may not be capable of understanding.

It’s not unusual that throughout our lives, we keep asking ourselves “Why are we here?” but we often fail to grasp the far more important underlying matrix issue of where the heck is HERE?!!!srboxesrainbow

Anytime I think I start to better understand the unified picture of our existence and start to comprehend what’s really happening to us and around us, I keep reminding myself that the absolute TRUTH is more likely to be beyond what my feeble brain can ever comprehend, so that’s why we are all provided with relative TRUTHs—relative to this plane of existence and relative to our rules of engagement with it.

In other words, the laws of physics, as we presently know them, only work in this dimension of existence. When we probe other dimensions, those laws fail to apply.

What set this latest rant off was that I was listening to a presenter a few days ago, SRskyscrapersand she referred to our life experience in this plane of existence as the “simulated-reality experience.”  Of course it wasn’t the first I’d heard of calling LIFE in general a “simulated reality.”  Even the great Vedic yogis—the ancient seers of Allness—referred to LIFE as the “great illusion.”

I’ve even speculated about it myself in previous posts because I’m pretty sure there is more to what is transpiring to us and around us than what we think is happening. But because it was this particular presenter saying it and because of my feeling that harmonious resonance inside me when she said it—which is my body’s reaction telling me “That statement was TRUTH,” it shifted my thoughts to a new level of acceptance of the concept and spurred me to further questioning who the behind-the-scene controllers are in this virtual-reality game we live.

I mean, don’t you want to know who is running the show? Don’t you want to know the real purposes behind what we are exposed to daily and why certain situations even occur? Why certain people appear in your life? Why certain people leave? What you feel? Why you feel it?

Sure, I can tie all the ‘multi-lives we’ve lived’ aspect back to our High Selves who are the repositories of data from all those life experiences, BUT beyond the High Self, ….who sets the entire process in motion and what purpose does that controller have to do so?

eyeslinesai

All you need to consider is how life-like your dreams can be (tastes, smells, feels) to realize that dreams are simulated-realities, and this life we live daily could just as easily be a far more intricate SR than our dreams.

I really wish I had the answers to all of this wild speculation about our collective life experience, but so far, …I only have the questions.
